Community Transport Victoria (CTV) plays a vital role in our community who need help to get to a medical or psych appointments, but don’t need medical supervision.
Community Patient Transport
Launched in 2024, Community Transport Victoria provides eligible patients with community patient transport from home to medical appointments and Social Support events. Patients over 65yo travel free of charge.
Mental Health Transport
Our mental health patient transport is a safe and effective transport service for patients specifically requiring transportation to psychiatric facilities or community health centers and routine clinical appointments or less acute transit needs.
We are dedicated to providing safe, respectful, and compassionate mental health transport services across Victoria, Australia. Our patient charter is guided by national standards and Victorian healthcare laws to ensure you receive the best possible care.
Available transport options depend on the situation and location
For acute mental health crises or situations where the individual's safety is at risk, specialized emergency response is required.
Our organisation is NDIS and MyAgeCare Approved .
